New Wave Pools was established in 1990 by John Fletcher and Chris Rowe. Both John and Chris had spent a number of years managing the service and construction aspects of another local pool company prior to forming New Wave Pools. They immediately added a knowledgable workforce and as a result the heart of the company has over 100 years worth of experience in the pool industry all within the Niagara region.

 

            New Wave Pools caters to every aspect of the pool industry. This includes installation, renovation and servicing of both residential and commercial pools.

 

New Wave Pools offers complete design-build capabilities. We are able to design and engineer a custom pool that suits your taste, needs, or desires. In addition to our design/build new construction we also offer other services such as pool restoration or renovation, liner replacement, concrete repairs, leak detection and repair, safety cover installation, pool maintenance, pool openings/closings, pool painting, and pool inspections.

 

      The New Wave Pools retail store (located on 21 Hiscott Street) offers experienced store staff that are available six days a week (throughout the summer) to support you with the operation of your pool. We provide free water analysis and offer the most recognized brand of pool chemicals in North America – BioGuard. The retail store stocks a full range of new and replacement parts and accessories for your pool. And what we don’t have in stock can normally be acquired through our diverse group of distribution partners.

 

       New Wave Pools is a member of the Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada which is the governing body for the pool industry in Canada. Members of the council maintain the highest standards within the pool industry.
